Sea views &  Optimal utilization

Based on the client's requirements and wishes are  here made a proposal for good attractive architect-designed apartments in Aarhus with a view of the sea & landscape. optimally utilized areas, but arranged so that it appeals to the right target groups,  who would like to give a little extra to get a new modern apartment that seems airy,  light  and accommodating. 

The apartments are all located so that they have large windows facing an outdoor living area to the southeast, where there is a view of the landscape, and farthest away Aarhus Bay. 

The eaves protect the facades and woodwork, however  also gives a nice light incidence.
